黃壤上烤煙氮素積累、分配及利用的研究

Study of 15N accumulation, distribution and utilization in flue-cured tobacco on yellow soils

  • 摘要: 田間條件下,利用同位素15N示蹤技術(shù)于黃壤有機(jī)質(zhì)含量分別為19.2和40.7 g/kg和當(dāng)?shù)赝扑]最佳氮肥用量基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)15N用量分別為105和82.5 kg/hm2的情況下,研究了兩個(gè)試驗(yàn)點(diǎn)烤煙15N積累、吸收比例、氮素利用率及15N在各器官分配。結(jié)果表明,在二種有機(jī)質(zhì)含量的黃壤上,烤煙15N吸收規(guī)律相似,于烤煙移栽后3~5周內(nèi),煙株吸收15N較少,5周后15N積累量明顯增加,到移栽后13周達(dá)到高峰,肥料15N吸收時(shí)間拖后;二種土壤上,肥料15N在整個(gè)生育期內(nèi)積累量分別為28.41和26.55 kg/hm2。煙株于移栽后3~5周來(lái)自肥料15N占吸收總氮的比例為53.84%~71.33%,氮(15N)肥利用率為1.11%~7.34%;到煙葉采收結(jié)束(移栽后17周)時(shí),煙株來(lái)自肥料15N占吸收總氮的比例為28.69%~29.75%,氮(15N)肥利用率為27.06%~32.18%。各個(gè)部位煙葉采收結(jié)束時(shí),二種土壤上,肥料15N在上部、中部、下部煙葉及莖和花積累分別占吸收肥料總15N的35.08%~35.26%、25.87%~26.19%、17.92%~18.25%和22.73%~24.49%,肥料15N主要集中在中、上部煙葉。可見(jiàn),肥料氮吸收時(shí)期拖后,土壤后期供氮能力強(qiáng)和中上部煙葉肥料氮比例較高是黃壤煙區(qū)烤煙氮素營(yíng)養(yǎng)存在的主要問(wèn)題。

     

    Abstract: Field experiments aimed at the fertilizer 15N uptake, accumulation, distribution and use efficiency in flue-cured tobacco was conducted using 15N trace technique in yellow soil in Dafang county of Guizhou province. Two organic matter levels (19.2 and 40.70 g/kg) and two N application rates (105 and 82.5 kg/hm2) were involved. The results showed that only a small part of fertilizer 15N was absorbed in the first 3-5 weeks after transplanting (WAT). However, 15N accumulation increased rapidly since the fifth WAT and reached its maximum at the 13 WAT. The amount of 15N accumulation were 28.41 and 26.55 kg/hm2 for two organic matter level soil at harvest. The 15N uptake was increased with increasing N fertilizer applied. Ratio of N from 15N fertilizer to total N uptake decreased as the plant growth stages. It was ranged from 53.84% to 71.33% in the 3-5 WAT and 27.06% to 32.18% in the 17 WAT. The N use efficiency was 1.11% to 7.34% in 3-5 WAT and 28.69% to 29.75% in the 17 WAT. The 15N distribution at upper, middle, lower leaves and stem and flowers accounted for 35.08% to 35.26%, 25.87% to 26.19%, 17.92% to 18.25% and 22.73% to 24.49% to total 15N uptake respectively. Fertilizer 15N uptake was mainly cumulated in middle and upper leaves. The postponed fertilizer15N absorption, unsynchronized supplication of soil mineralized N at late growth stage, and higher 15N accumulation in upper and middle leaves of tobacco were the key problems of nutrient management of tobacco to deal with in yellow soil.
